You are responsible for ensuring all passenger names and travel details are accurate, as airlines may not permit changes or may charge fees for corrections. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation and reference details from us.
SZ Holidays may charge a service fee for booking, changes or cancellations in addition to airline charges. Any such fee is disclosed to you before you confirm. Service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking is processed.

You are responsible for valid travel documents, including passports, visas and any health or entry requirements, and for arriving at the airport in good time. We are not liable for losses arising from missing documents or missed flights.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking will not exceed the service fee paid to us for that booking.
